First off, I've owned this awesome PD charger for over a year and a half after I took a chance and bought it off Amazon in March of '23. Why I haven't written a review when it literally saves my butt nearly every weekend for back-to-back weddings? No idea. Probably just busy. The only thing I wish was different about the product itself is showing what channel each charge slot is somewhere outside of where the battery sits on top of... but that was an easy fix with my label printer as seen in my review photo!

Now... Zitay's AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.
About two months ago the OLED monitor that shows the charge status burnt out. I was unable to see the charge status of each battery. I am not a huge fan of generating e-waste, so a couple weeks ago I figured, what the heck, I'll reach out to Zitay via their website and see if I can grab a new OLED display and fix it myself. To my surprise, they got back to me within a couple of hours and diagnosed the issue after I sent a photo. I was fully willing to pay for the part and shipping to fix the display myself, especially since I bought this soooo long ago. The representative that I talked to said absolutely NOT, and sent me TWO full replacement pieces so that I could fix the unit myself — AND FOR FREE!

After firing up my soldering iron, it took about 1 minute and 30 seconds to replace the OLED screen on the charger! LEGENDARY. The only thing that would be better in terms of repairability is if the OLED was a ribbon cable instead of soldered. Other than that, it was super easy to desolder with some desoldering wick, some flux, and then retinning the connections. Awesome service that went absolutely above and beyond. Love it. Keep up the great work Zitay!

Great charger, I bought this charger off Amazon. Super happy with it. My batteries charge fast and at the same time. I no longer need extra chargers and find more outlets at my events. Very convenient to have!
