At present battery package below 2kgs can be shipped to European countries, Canada and United States, delivery time is around 15-30days. South Korea and Japan normally around 10-20days, Australia delivery time is not guaranteed(around 30-40days), Battery customers who have not received the items for more than 40 days can contact customer service to apply for a claim.
